Startup Inno is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Planner – Remote Automotive Logistics to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain for automotive components and finished goods. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, minimizing costs, improving service levels, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across global markets.

As a remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and distribution partners worldwide.
Develop and maintain detailed supply chain plans for automotive products, including demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization.
Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to create accurate demand and supply plans.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess stock, stockouts, and obsolescence.
Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
Use supply chain planning tools and ERP systems to manage data and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with procurement teams to align sourcing strategies with demand requirements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, service levels, and inventory turnover.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of automotive supply chain processes and logistics networks.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Experience working with international suppliers and global distribution networks is highly desirable.
Prior experience in demand planning, inventory management, or production planning roles is a strong advantage.
Full-time, remote position.
Standard working hours aligned with business operations (flexibility available depending on region).
Occasional availability for meetings across different time zones.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation management.
Ability to perform scenario planning and risk analysis.
