Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of our web application user interfaces and drive the technical direction of our frontend development. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a senior professional who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance, and visually compelling digital products using modern frontend technologies.

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experience, defining frontend architecture, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into elegant, maintainable, and production-ready frontend solutions that directly impact user engagement and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of frontend applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend systems aligned with best practices.

• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern UI principles.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure pixel-perfect and user-centered design implementation.

• Review code, enforce quality standards, and establish frontend development guidelines.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers.

• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

• Optimize application performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and product roadmap decisions.

• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based UI design.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance.

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional frontend development experience.

• At least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role, managing or mentoring developers.

• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Prior remote work experience is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for core team collaboration.

• Expected commitment: 40 hours per week.
