Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and creative Instructional Designer to join our Remote Corporate Training Hub. This role is ideal for a learning professional who is passionate about designing impactful, learner-centered training experiences that drive employee performance and business outcomes. As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop engaging digital learning programs, onboarding modules, leadership development courses, and performance support materials.
You will play a critical role in shaping how employees learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with global stakeholders across multiple industries.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials for corporate training programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to ensure structured learning outcomes.
Create interactive e-learning content, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
Develop onboarding programs and continuous learning pathways for employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, HR, Psychology, or related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging learning content.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of design and user experience.
2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning and development.
Proven experience designing digital learning programs in a corporate or professional environment.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, or professional services industries is a plus.
Full-time, remote position.
