Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and creative Instructional Designer to join our Remote Corporate Training Hub. This role is ideal for a learning professional who is passionate about designing impactful, learner-centered training experiences that drive employee performance and business outcomes. As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop engaging digital learning programs, onboarding modules, leadership development courses, and performance support materials.

You will play a critical role in shaping how employees learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with global stakeholders across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials for corporate training programs.

• Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.

• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to ensure structured learning outcomes.

• Create interactive e-learning content, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.

• Develop onboarding programs and continuous learning pathways for employees.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Maintain and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, HR, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging learning content.

• High attention to detail with a strong sense of design and user experience.

Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning and development.

• Proven experience designing digital learning programs in a corporate or professional environment.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, or professional services industries is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core overlap across global time zones.

• Standard work schedule: 40 hours per week.
