Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Growth Specialist to accelerate the performance of our online stores across Shopify and Magento platforms. This role is ideal for a data-oriented digital professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a passion for driving revenue through growth marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.

As an E-commerce Growth Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end growth funnel, from traffic generation and conversion rate optimization to customer retention and lifecycle marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and development to scale our e-commerce presence globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.

  • Manage and optimize Shopify and Magento stores, ensuring seamless user experience and performance.

  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and platform dashboards.

  • Design and implement A/B tests for landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with paid media teams to optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.

  • Drive SEO and CRO initiatives to improve organic growth and on-site engagement.

  • Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies including email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs.

  • Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, churn, and revenue growth.

  • Prepare regular reports and actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Shopify and/or Magento platforms.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing).

  • Proficiency in analytics and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Optimizely).

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and growth frameworks.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.

  • Proven track record of scaling online revenue for D2C or B2B e-commerce businesses.

  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience managing international e-commerce markets is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours.

  • Candidates should be available for collaboration across global time zones.

  • Standard commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
