As an Inside Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers by understanding client needs, presenting tailored software solutions, and negotiating contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound qualified leads and move them through the full sales cycle.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations of software solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain long-term client engagement.

  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies.

  • Continuously refine sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Proven ability to close deals in a remote or inside sales environment.

  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience.

  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and sales software.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, SaaS sales, or business development.

  • Prior experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales roles is preferred.

  • Experience selling software, digital products, or B2B services is a strong advantage.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote with flexible working hours.
