Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist – AI & Engineering Sourcing to join our growing global recruitment team. This role is critical in building high-performing technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, and emerging technologies.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, playing a key role in scaling innovative technology teams across multiple projects. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing strategies to candidate experience and offer management, all in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, and Product Engineers.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and niche tech communities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interview processes with global stakeholders.
Manage employer branding initiatives to position Startup Inno as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
Strong understanding of technical roles within AI, data, and software engineering domains.
Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate technical profiles and understand complex job requirements.
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRMs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
Prior experience recruiting for AI, ML, Data Science, or Engineering roles is highly preferred.
Experience working in a startup, tech company, or fast-growing organization is an advantage.
Global hiring experience across multiple regions is a plus.
Fully remote role with flexible working hours.

Availability for overlap with core business hours (minimum 4–5 hours daily).
