Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing Green Energy division. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales efforts, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers interested in sustainable energy solutions. You will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline, supporting the sales team, and accelerating revenue growth in the renewable energy market.
As an SDR, you will leverage digital tools, data-driven strategies, and modern outreach techniques to engage prospects, educate them on clean energy products and services, and generate high-quality leads for the business development and account management teams. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainability, technology, and sales excellence.
Identify and research potential customers through digital channels, CRM systems, and market intelligence tools.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and virtual meetings.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and customer needs.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for senior sales executives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Develop a strong understanding of Startup Innos green energy products and solutions.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategies.
Track and report key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Continuously improve outreach techniques and sales scripts based on performance data.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in sales, digital marketing, and renewable energy technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or energy-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
