Startup Inno is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Planner – Remote Automotive Logistics to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain activities within the automotive sector. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely procurement, production planning, inventory optimization, and efficient distribution of automotive components and finished products across global markets.

Develop and maintain supply chain plans to support production schedules and customer demand.
Forecast demand using historical data, market trends, and business inputs.
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock and shortages.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Manage relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and third-party logistics providers.
Identify risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
Utilize ERP and supply chain planning systems for reporting and optimization.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and logistics operations.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and automotive logistics.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Experience working with global suppliers and logistics partners.
Exposure to lean supply chain practices and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Prior remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
