Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design and development of cutting-edge, high-performance web applications. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture, lead a team of developers, and collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable and user-centric digital solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who is passionate about modern frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and building exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end frontend development process, from concept to deployment.

• Architect scalable and maintainable frontend systems using TypeScript and modern frameworks.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews and technical leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation.

• Optimize applications for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Participate in product roadmap discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Ensure security, quality, and maintainability of frontend codebases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Advanced experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.

• Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern UI design systems.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UI/UX principles.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role.

• Proven experience building and scaling production-grade web applications.

• Experience working in agile or startup environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

• Overlap with core team hours (minimum 4–5 hours daily) for collaboration.
