Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Remote Corporate Training Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning solutions that support corporate training initiatives across diverse industries. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and business leaders to transform complex information into impactful learning experiences that drive performance, skill development, and organizational growth.

This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about adult learning, digital education, and innovative instructional strategies in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning programs, training modules, and blended learning solutions for corporate audiences.

• Conduct training needs analysis and learning assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into structured instructional materials.

• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive learning activities.

• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deploy, track, and evaluate training programs.

• Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Blooms Taxonomy to ensure effective learning outcomes.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using learner feedback, performance data, and analytics.

• Continuously update learning content to align with evolving business needs and industry trends.

• Ensure all learning materials meet quality standards, accessibility guidelines, and branding requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning and development.

• Proven experience designing digital learning solutions for corporate or professional audiences.

• Experience in remote or distributed teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with business needs (flexible scheduling available).

• Occasional collaboration across different time zones may be required.
