Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating online revenue growth by optimizing our Shopify and Magento platforms, improving customer acquisition, and driving conversion rate optimization strategies. You will work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and implement data-driven growth initiatives that enhance user experience, increase sales performance, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels.
This position is ideal for a growth-focused professional who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value across Shopify and Magento stores.
Optimize website performance, product pages, checkout flows, and customer journeys for maximum conversion.
Analyze e-commerce data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and CRM platforms to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and manage A/B testing, CRO experiments, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
Manage integrations with third-party tools (payment gateways, inventory systems, CRM, marketing automation).
Monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and revenue growth.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns with growth-focused strategies.
Strong understanding of e-commerce growth frameworks and digital marketing funnels.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Magento platforms.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar).
Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion optimization techniques.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, or digital performance roles.
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth in online businesses.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment is highly preferred.
Background in retail, DTC, SaaS, or marketplace platforms is an advantage.
