As an Inside Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales conversations. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to close deals, build strong client relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets. This is a fully remote, commission-based role with significant growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads via phone, video calls, email, and CRM systems.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored software solutions.

  • Close sales by negotiating pricing, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.

  • Maintain and update all sales activities in the CRM system accurately.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Follow up with prospects consistently and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly disciplined in a remote work environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.

  • Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and resilience.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, SaaS sales, or business development.

  • Prior experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles is highly preferred.

  • Experience selling software, digital products, or B2B services is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Availability to work in overlap with international clients (US, UK, or European time zones preferred).

  • Expected commitment of 30–40 hours per week, depending on performance and lead volume.

  • Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working independently without close supervision.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products, scripts, and sales strategies.

  • Tech-savvy with strong internet connectivity and a professional home office setup.
