Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Talent Coordinator – Global Mobility Focus to support our international workforce operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about talent management, international hiring, and employee mobility. You will play a critical role in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting cross-border employee transitions, and ensuring seamless communication between global teams, HR partners, and external vendors.
As a Remote Talent Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our global people operations—helping to attract, onboard, relocate, and support top talent across multiple regions while maintaining compliance with international labor regulations and company policies.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for global and remote roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees involved in global mobility programs, including international transfers, relocations, and remote assignments.
Support visa, work permit, and relocation processes by liaising with immigration partners, relocation vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee records, mobility documentation, and compliance reports in HR systems.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to forecast workforce needs and support global hiring strategies.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of international employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
Track key recruitment and mobility metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Provide guidance to employees on global HR policies, benefits, and cultural integration.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies across regions.
Continuously improve global mobility processes and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and international workforce management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with multicultural teams.
High level of organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
2–5 years of experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or global mobility roles.
Prior experience supporting international hiring, remote workforce management, or employee relocation is highly preferred.
Experience working in multinational or distributed teams is an advantage.
Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
