Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Claims Handler to join our Remote Insurance Risk Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end insurance claims processes, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery to policyholders and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and claims best practices.

As a Claims Handler, you will act as a critical link between customers, insurers, and internal teams, helping to assess risk, validate claims, and ensure fair and compliant settlements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of insurance claims from initial notification to final settlement.

• Review, assess, and validate claims documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms.

• Communicate with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and third-party service providers.

• Investigate claims, identify potential risks or fraud, and recommend appropriate actions.

• Maintain detailed records and update claims management systems regularly.

• Ensure claims are processed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide clear explanations of claim outcomes to customers in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal risk, legal, and compliance teams when required.

• Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and risk assessment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with professional interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in insurance claims handling or related roles.

• Experience working with general insurance, health insurance, or property & casualty claims is preferred.

• Prior experience in a remote or virtual working environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility may be required to accommodate different time zones or urgent claims.
