Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Medical Information Specialist – Bilingual to join our global healthcare support team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant medical information is delivered to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will act as a trusted scientific resource, handling complex medical inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, clinical data, and safety information in both English and a second language.

Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams via phone, email, chat, or digital platforms.
Provide accurate, balanced, and up-to-date medical information in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data in a clear and professional manner.
Document all inquiries and responses in approved medical information systems and databases.
Support pharmacovigilance activities by identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance teams.
Maintain strong product and therapeutic area knowledge through continuous training and self-learning.
Participate in audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews as required.
Ensure all communications adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare field.
Bilingual proficiency (English and one additional language such as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or another major language).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with medical databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical concepts.
1–3 years of experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, healthcare support, or pharmaceutical services is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong scientific backgrounds and relevant internships may also be considered.
Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing medical role is an advantage.
Experience working in a global or regulated healthcare environment is highly desirable.
Full-time, remote position.
Flexible shifts depending on global business requirements (may include evening, night, or weekend shifts).
Typically 40 hours per week with rotational schedules to support international clients.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, clinical trials, and healthcare regulations.
Ability to interpret scientific literature and clinical study data.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
