Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Product Designer to drive the design strategy of our digital products across global markets. In this fully remote role, you will play a key leadership position in shaping user experiences, building scalable design systems, and ensuring our products deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-impact solutions for millions of users.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centered design solutions. You will also mentor and guide junior designers, helping establish best practices and a strong design culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and ideation to final execution and delivery.

• Own and evolve the companys design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.

• Create high-quality wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.

• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and documentation.

• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing constructive feedback and professional guidance.

• Advocate for user-centric and accessibility-first design principles across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, libraries, auto-layout, and collaborative workflows.

• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design and real-world problem solving.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-platform experiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields.

• At least 2+ years in a lead or senior design role.

• Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or large-scale digital platforms is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in remote or global teams is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
