Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and talented Remote Full Stack Developer (React/Python) – Web3 to join our fast-growing global technology team. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications and has a strong interest in blockchain and decentralized technologies.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web solutions that power next-generation Web3 platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and blockchain engineers to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).

• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces for Web3 platforms.

• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend functionality.

• Integrate blockchain technologies such as smart contracts and decentralized APIs.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

• Stay updated with emerging Web3 trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Django or Flask.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts (blockchain, wallets, smart contracts).

• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).

• Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React and Python.

• Prior experience working on Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related projects is a strong advantage.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

• Standard working schedule: 40 hours per week.

• Collaboration across global time zones, with core overlapping hours for meetings.
