Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team. This role is fully remote and plays a critical part in supporting our sustainability strategy, ESG disclosures, and carbon management initiatives across multiple regions.

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data, supporting ESG frameworks, and helping drive measurable environmental and social impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate ESG reporting and continuous improvement in our sustainability performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze ESG and sustainability data across business units and regions.

• Prepare ESG reports aligned with global standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and ISSB.

• Support carbon accounting activities, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculations.

• Assist in developing and maintaining sustainability KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Conduct sustainability benchmarking and gap analysis against industry best practices.

• Support sustainability audits and third-party assurance processes.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and action plans.

• Research emerging ESG regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.

• Contribute to sustainability strategy development and long-term climate goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.

• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with carbon accounting methodologies (GHG Protocol preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, carbon management, or a related role.

• Experience working with ESG data, sustainability metrics, or climate reporting.

• Prior experience in a global or multinational organization is a plus.

• Experience with sustainability software platforms or ESG tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with business operations (flexible across time zones).

• Occasional meetings with global teams across different regions.
