Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech Sourcing (LATAM) to join our growing global recruitment team. This role is critical in building and scaling world-class technology teams across Latin America. As a strategic hiring partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for roles in software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and global stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals passionate about talent acquisition, technology, and global workforce transformation.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies for tech roles across LATAM.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and niche tech communities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand technical roles.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments including technical and behavioral interviews.
Act as a brand ambassador for Global MNC Tech, promoting employer branding initiatives in LATAM markets.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global hiring policies.
Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices and optimize hiring processes.
Strong experience in technical recruitment, especially in software engineering and IT roles.
Excellent sourcing skills with advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring tech talent in LATAM markets.
Experience working in multinational or global organizations is preferred.
Background in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, or Cloud Engineers is highly desirable.
Full-time, remote role.
Core working hours aligned with LATAM time zones, with flexibility to collaborate with global teams.

Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing technologies.
