Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior iOS/Android Developer to join our remote HealthTech product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications that improve patient outcomes, enable digital healthcare services, and enhance user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and healthcare domain experts to build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Lead the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX/UI, and Backend to deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers within the team.

• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and healthcare data systems.

• Monitor app performance, debug issues, and implement continuous improvements.

• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in mobile app development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).

• Proficiency in modern mobile frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, React Native, Flutter is a plus).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile-backend integrations.

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in distributed teams.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade iOS and/or Android apps.

• Prior experience in HealthTech, FinTech, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
