Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Specialist – Drone Technology (Agri-Sector) to join our fast-growing global team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and their impact on modern agriculture. You will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced drone solutions that help farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural enterprises improve productivity, reduce costs, and make data-driven decisions.
As a Remote Sales Specialist, you will act as a key bridge between innovative drone technology and real-world agricultural needs, building strong client relationships while driving revenue growth across regional and international markets.
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the agriculture and agritech sectors.
Present and demonstrate drone solutions tailored to farming, crop monitoring, irrigation analysis, and precision agriculture.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate drone products, software, and service packages.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activities, and prepare regular sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the agri-drone space.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proven ability to sell technology or technical products in a remote environment.
Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills (virtual or in-person).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and digital sales tools.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Prior experience in agritech, drone technology, SaaS, IoT, or hardware solutions is highly preferred.
Experience selling to farmers, agricultural businesses, or rural markets is an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Full-time, remote position.
Flexible working hours with availability to align with international clients and global time zones.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, demonstrations, or industry events.
Good understanding of agricultural practices, crop cycles, and farming challenges.
Knowledge of drone applications such as aerial mapping, crop health analysis, and precision spraying.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-oriented language.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
