Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Document Specialist – ChatGPT-Powered Writing to support our growing digital operations. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong writing and documentation skills with a passion for artificial intelligence and productivity tools.

As a Document Specialist, you will leverage ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms to create, refine, and manage high-quality business documents, reports, technical content, and knowledge resources. You will play a key role in ensuring that all organizational content is accurate, consistent, well-structured, and aligned with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and format a wide range of documents including reports, manuals, policies, proposals, presentations, and knowledge base articles.

  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft, rewrite, summarize, and optimize content efficiently.

  • Ensure all documents meet quality standards for grammar, tone, clarity, and brand voice.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, IT, Marketing) to gather information and translate it into professional documentation.

  • Maintain version control and organize digital documentation repositories.

  • Review AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company guidelines.

  • Adapt content for different audiences such as internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve documentation workflows using automation and AI-driven processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong proficiency in business writing, technical writing, or content development.

  • Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools.

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Google Docs, and other document management systems.

  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • High level of digital literacy and comfort with new technologies.


Experience

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in documentation, content writing, technical writing, or administrative roles.

  • Experience working in remote or virtual teams is an advantage.

  • Prior exposure to AI-assisted content creation is highly desirable.


Working Hours
