Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partner portfolio in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in digital sales environments and enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.

As a Virtual Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned OEM partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring partner satisfaction, increasing market penetration, and delivering consistent sales performance aligned with Global MNC Techs global growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of OEM partners through virtual engagement channels.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and long-term growth.

  • Conduct regular virtual meetings, product presentations, and business reviews with partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, and support) to ensure seamless partner experience.

  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and OEM industry developments.

  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Proven ability to sell and manage relationships in a virtual or remote environment.

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for online client interactions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partner management roles.

  • Previous experience managing OEM, channel partners, or enterprise accounts is highly preferred.

  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions environments is an advantage.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a remote or inside sales role.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role with flexible working hours depending on regional market coverage.

  • Availability to work across different time zones as required for global OEM partners.

  • Standard working week: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
