Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Sustainability Consultant – ESG Strategy (SME) to support our global clients in embedding sustainability, environmental responsibility, and social impact into their business strategies. This role is designed for a subject matter expert (SME) who brings strong expertise in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and strategic advisory.

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will partner with leadership teams across industries to assess ESG maturity, design measurable sustainability roadmaps, and ensure alignment with international standards and regulatory requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations transition toward more responsible, transparent, and future-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ESG and sustainability strategy projects for multinational and mid-sized organizations.

• Conduct ESG maturity assessments, gap analyses, and materiality assessments.

• Design and implement ESG frameworks aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Advise clients on sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and ISSB.

• Develop decarbonization strategies, climate risk assessments, and net-zero roadmaps.

• Support clients with regulatory compliance related to ESG and sustainability disclosures.

• Create executive-level presentations, sustainability reports, and dashboards.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions on ESG topics.

• Monitor emerging ESG regulations, trends, and best practices globally.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, risk, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ESG strategy, sustainability consulting, or corporate responsibility.

• Deep knowledge of global ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

• Ability to translate complex ESG data into actionable business insights.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

• Advanced presentation and report-writing capabilities.

• Proficiency with sustainability data tools, ESG platforms, and analytics.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG advisory, or related roles.

• Proven track record of delivering ESG or sustainability projects for multiple clients.

• Experience working with multinational organizations or consulting firms preferred.

• Background in environmental science, sustainability, business strategy, finance, or related fields is highly desirable.

Working Hours
