Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Remote Graduate Program as Junior Software Engineers. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and architects on real-world projects that impact global clients. This program offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to accelerate your career in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.

• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.

• Document technical processes and system functionalities.

• Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and development tools.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and agile development cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar).

• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

• Internship, academic projects, or bootcamp experience in software development is an advantage.

• No prior corporate experience required – full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible remote working hours aligned with global teams.

• Occasional overlap with international time zones may be required.
