Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Remote Content Moderator – AI Safety & Global Standards to join our global digital operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and ethical standards of AI-driven platforms and digital communities. You will review, analyze, and moderate content generated by users and AI systems to ensure compliance with international regulations, company policies, and global content guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated and AI-generated content across multiple digital platforms.

• Ensure content complies with company policies, community guidelines, and global regulatory standards.

• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.

• Flag emerging trends, risks, and edge cases related to AI safety and content quality.

• Apply judgment and consistency when making moderation decisions.

• Collaborate with policy, legal, and AI training teams to improve moderation frameworks.

• Document moderation decisions and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on evolving AI safety policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to make objective decisions based on guidelines and policies.

• High level of digital literacy and familiarity with online platforms.

• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or digital operations is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in AI and digital safety are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience working in a remote or global team is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with rotational shifts depending on global coverage needs.

• Full-time role: 40 hours per week.

• May include weekend or evening shifts based on platform requirements.
