Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global business units. This role is fully remote and ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in agile environments and has a strong passion for technology-enabled business change. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in processes and systems.

As an IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product owners, business analysts, and senior leadership to drive innovation, optimize digital platforms, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT and digital transformation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

• Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices in project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Ability to manage remote and cross-cultural teams effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation roles.

• Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects in enterprise environments.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in a multinational or global organization is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
