Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Renewable Energy Engineer to join our growing remote engineering team. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of renewable energy systems within the solar and electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. As a Renewable Energy Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting sustainable energy solutions, contributing to large-scale clean energy projects, and driving the transition toward a low-carbon future.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, R&D, operations, and sustainability experts, to deliver technically robust and commercially viable renewable energy solutions for global clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and optimize solar PV systems and EV charging infrastructure.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and performance simulations.

  • Develop technical specifications, system layouts, and engineering documentation.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.

  • Support integration of renewable energy systems with smart grids and energy storage solutions.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in renewable energy, EV systems, and clean tech.

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, EV charging technologies, and energy storage.

  • Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, PVSyst, HOMER, or similar software.

  • Knowledge of grid integration, power electronics, and energy management systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, solar projects, or EV infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with solar system design, commissioning, or performance analysis.

  • Experience working with international or large-scale projects is a strong advantage.

  • Prior exposure to smart energy systems or sustainability projects is preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours aligned with global project teams.

  • Occasional overlap with international time zones may be required.
