Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Health Services Manager – Clinical Operations to lead and optimize our virtual healthcare services. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, managing healthcare professionals, and driving operational excellence across remote health programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and operational management skills to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

As a key leader within our health services division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical staff, IT, compliance, and customer experience to ensure that our digital health solutions meet the highest standards of care and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinical operations for remote health services.

• Supervise and support healthcare professionals including nurses, clinicians, and care coordinators.

• Develop, implement, and optimize clinical workflows and operational processes.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.

• Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and service performance indicators.

• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance telehealth platforms and tools.

• Manage staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation for clinical teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and care delivery.

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership.

• Handle escalations related to patient care, clinical risks, and service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

• Excellent understanding of clinical operations and healthcare delivery models.

• Proven experience in telehealth or remote healthcare environments.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across medical and technical teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, or health services leadership.

• At least 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role within clinical or healthcare operations.

• Prior experience in telemedicine, digital health, or remote care is highly preferred.

• Experience working in multinational or large healthcare organizations is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.
