Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Product Designer to join our growing fintech product team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in designing intuitive, secure, and scalable mobile experiences that empower millions of users to manage their finances digitally. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex financial workflows into elegant and engaging user journeys.

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery—ensuring that every design decision is grounded in user needs, business goals, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for fintech mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Design intuitive interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for mobile applications, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital products.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.

• Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.

• Prior experience working on fintech, banking, e-commerce, or data-driven digital platforms is highly preferred.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or product-led environments.

Working Hours

• Full-time role (40 hours per week).

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for global team collaboration.
