Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across the UK market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships through consultative selling.

As part of our global sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and contributing directly to the companys revenue growth. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with marketing, account management, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the UK territory.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with potential customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams to optimize lead conversion.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.

  • High level of confidence in presenting products and solutions remotely.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.


Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.

  • Prior experience selling to the UK market is highly preferred.

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions is an advantage.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Working hours aligned with UK business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time).

  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.

  • Ability to conduct needs analysis and solution-based selling.

  • Knowledge of digital sales tools, virtual communication platforms, and CRM systems.
