Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Content Producer – Remote Video & Short-form Specialist to join our global digital marketing and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing engaging video content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communication channels.
You will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice through compelling storytelling, short-form video strategies, and innovative content formats that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and work on diverse, high-impact projects.
Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end video content for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Produce short-form video content including reels, shorts, explainers, and promotional clips.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to align content with business goals.
Script, storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content.
Optimize content for performance based on analytics and audience insights.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging video formats.
Maintain brand consistency across all video and multimedia outputs.
Stay updated on emerging trends in video production and social media.
Proven expertise in video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and video best practices.
Ability to create visually compelling content with a strong sense of design and branding.
Knowledge of motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
Portfolio showcasing relevant video and short-form content work.
3+ years of experience in content production, video editing, or digital media.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team is highly preferred.
Prior experience in tech, digital marketing, or media companies is a plus.
Full-time, remote position.
