Startup Inno is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager – MedTech Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies for our cutting-edge medical technology products, bridging the gap between product development, sales, and market adoption. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our MedTech innovations, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for MedTech solutions in alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product growth.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market positioning.
Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, product guides, and case studies tailored to target audiences.
Plan and execute product launches, including campaigns, webinars, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and inform future strategies.
Drive thought leadership initiatives by contributing to whitepapers, research articles, and speaking engagements.
Maintain deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry trends relevant to MedTech products.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sectors.
Strong understanding of medical technologies, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing within MedTech or healthcare technology.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and regulatory departments.
Track record of successfully launching and promoting medical devices or digital health solutions.
