Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Remote Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our people operations in a fully remote environment. This role is pivotal in fostering a strong remote-first culture, ensuring employee engagement, and implementing HR best practices across all teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, people-focused professional with experience in scaling remote teams, talent management, and HR strategy. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while shaping an inclusive, high-performing, and engaging workplace culture for Startup Innos global team.
Lead full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding for a fully remote workforce.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a remote-first culture and align with company objectives.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Partner with leadership to design organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies for long-term growth.
Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring risk mitigation for a remote workforce.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, ideally within remote or distributed teams.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance in multiple regions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Expertise in HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, performance management platforms).
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving startup environment.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Prior experience managing remote-first teams or global distributed workforce is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Fully remote, flexible working hours with occasional alignment meetings across global time zones.
Autonomy to manage workload while ensuring timely HR deliverables and organizational support.
Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and remote work management.
