Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Data Scientist to join our cutting-edge research team focused on Generative AI Ethics. This role combines advanced data science, AI research, and ethical analysis to ensure the development of responsible and transparent AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to shape AI systems that are safe, fair, and aligned with societal values.
You will work remotely with a dynamic team of AI researchers, engineers, and ethicists to design experiments, analyze large-scale AI model outputs, and propose actionable frameworks for ethical AI deployment. Conduct advanced data analysis on generative AI models to identify biases, risks, and ethical concerns.
Develop and implement frameworks for evaluating AI fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and ethicists to integrate ethical considerations into model design and deployment.
Design experiments, run simulations, and create reproducible workflows for generative AI research.
Produce comprehensive research reports, white papers, and presentations on AI ethics findings.
Monitor trends and emerging risks in AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to open-source projects, academic publications, and industry collaborations in the field of ethical AI.
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Knowledge of AI ethics principles, bias mitigation techniques, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and large-scale data processing.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data science, AI research, or related fields.
Proven track record in generative AI projects, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus.
Experience in ethical AI research, algorithmic fairness, or policy development highly preferred.
Fully remote with flexible working hours.
