Startup Inno is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Video Editor with a strong focus on motion graphics and B2B content. This role is ideal for a storyteller who can transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives that resonate with business audiences. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality videos that elevate the companys brand presence and drive audience engagement.
As a key member of our content team, you will bring both technical expertise and creative vision to deliver visually compelling videos that support campaigns, product launches, webinars, and other B2B initiatives.
Edit and produce high-quality video content for B2B marketing, webinars, product demos, and social media.
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to understand project goals and creative direction.
Ensure brand consistency across all video materials, following company style guides.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and company websites.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.
Provide input and creative solutions to improve video content quality and effectiveness.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video production techniques.
Experience with B2B content creation and storytelling for professional audiences.
Knowledge of video compression, encoding, and optimizing content for multiple platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
3+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or a related field.
Prior experience creating content for B2B marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and B2B video projects required.
Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Must be able to collaborate across time zones with team members in different regions.
Occasional synchronous meetings for project kick-offs and reviews may be required.
Excellent visual storytelling and narrative-building abilities.
Strong creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
