Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top AI, Machine Learning, and Engineering talent worldwide.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.

• Leverage AI-based recruiting tools, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify high-potential candidates.

• Collaborate closely with the HR and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and role-specific competencies.

• Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Startup Inno as an employer of choice for tech talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, particularly in AI, Machine Learning, or software engineering roles.

• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate talent pipelines and optimize recruitment strategies.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or recruiting for AI/engineering roles.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growth tech environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with occasional alignment required for international team meetings across different time zones.
