Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in the green energy market, leveraging digital channels, databases, and industry networks.

  • Initiate and maintain outreach through emails, calls, social media, and other digital platforms to engage prospects.

  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop tailored messaging and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform outreach strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of digital sales tools, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of motivation, persistence, and adaptability.

  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and clean technologies.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles.

  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or technology sales is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role; flexible hours with core availability during standard business hours.

  • Occasional attendance at virtual events, webinars, or client meetings outside regular hours may be required.
