The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, and hands-on HR professional with experience in scaling HR operations in remote-first organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Startup Innos remote-first culture.

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding remote employees worldwide.

  • Design and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote work environment.

  • Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development.

  • Oversee performance management processes, promotions, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure fair and consistent HR practices across global teams.

  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination for remote employees.

  • Drive initiatives for learning, development, and employee wellbeing tailored to a distributed workforce.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote-first or global startup environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with remote teams.

  • Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and remote collaboration tools.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational HR tasks efficiently.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or HR business partner roles.

  • Experience in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations, preferably with remote teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones is essential.
