We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Account Executive to drive our growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is perfect for a strategic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, understands enterprise SaaS sales cycles, and has a passion for sustainability. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the sustainability sector.
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the DACH region, identifying high-value prospects and opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and sustainability leaders across various industries.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales performance, and report on key metrics to leadership.
Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position Startup Innos solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within sustainability, clean tech, or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of the DACH market and its business culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining accountability.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in SaaS.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Full-time, remote position.
Flexible hours with a preference for availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
Occasional participation in evening or early morning meetings for client convenience.
Deep understanding of sustainability challenges and corporate ESG initiatives.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process.
