Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. This fully remote position offers a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while contributing to the financial operations of a global technology organization. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping across multiple accounts. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including invoicing, collections, and payments.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance administration.

  • Experience in a remote or flexible work environment is a plus.

  • Exposure to multinational company accounting operations is highly desirable.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • Standard business hours alignment with team coordination across time zones.

  • Occasional extended hours during month-end or year-end closing periods.
