Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. This fully remote position offers a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while contributing to the financial operations of a global technology organization. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping across multiple accounts. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
Monitor and manage cash flow, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and reporting.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance administration.
Experience in a remote or flexible work environment is a plus.
Exposure to multinational company accounting operations is highly desirable.
