Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company branding and SEO best practices.

• Assist in creating, proofreading, and editing digital content including blogs, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and online promotions.

• Monitor website performance, suggest improvements, and assist with analytics reporting.

• Coordinate with designers and developers to implement website enhancements and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

• Ensure content is accessible, mobile-friendly, and compliant with digital accessibility standards.

• Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and competitor activity to support content strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or website administration.

• Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.

• Prior experience supporting international or multinational digital campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
