Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify defects early, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a global, innovative technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure software quality.

• Identify, record, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand functional requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

• Support the release management process by validating builds and ensuring readiness for production deployment.

• Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle by recommending process improvements and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is preferred.

• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Experience in both manual and automated testing preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible schedule with overlap hours for team collaboration, typically aligned with your local time zone and core team hours.

• Occasional participation in virtual meetings, sprint planning, and review sessions.

• Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and testing best practices.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in documenting test results, reporting defects, and maintaining test artifacts.

• Knowledge of various testing types: functional, regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
