Global MNC Tech, a rapidly growing technology startup with a global footprint, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while guiding them through our innovative tech solutions. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships, optimizing onboarding processes, and contributing to the companys long-term success. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a dynamic international team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
Guide customers through account setup, product configuration, and integration processes.
Conduct virtual training sessions, demos, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve client issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
Track and report onboarding metrics, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and adoption of the product.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and onboarding tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Comfort with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project management platforms.
2–4 years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, account management, or related roles.
Experience in a tech startup or SaaS environment is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing high-volume client onboarding processes.
Full-time remote position.
Flexible working hours with some overlap required with clients across multiple time zones (primarily US and Europe).
Occasional participation in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and onboarding best practices.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions.
Strong analytical skills to track metrics and optimize onboarding processes.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
