Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech, a rapidly growing technology startup with a global footprint, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while guiding them through our innovative tech solutions. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships, optimizing onboarding processes, and contributing to the companys long-term success. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a dynamic international team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.

  • Guide customers through account setup, product configuration, and integration processes.

  • Conduct virtual training sessions, demos, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve client issues.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.

  • Track and report onboarding metrics, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and adoption of the product.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and onboarding processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and onboarding tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Comfort with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project management platforms.


Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, account management, or related roles.

  • Experience in a tech startup or SaaS environment is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume client onboarding processes.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with some overlap required with clients across multiple time zones (primarily US and Europe).

  • Occasional participation in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and onboarding best practices.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions.

  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and optimize onboarding processes.
