Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other API integration methods.

• Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar role.

• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable web applications.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible schedule with core hours overlapping with GMT ±3.

• Occasional participation in team meetings, sprint planning, and collaborative sessions.
