Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Agile transformation initiatives across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects, driving organizational change, and fostering collaboration in remote environments. The IT Project Manager will act as a strategic leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Drive Agile transformation initiatives across teams, coaching and mentoring stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.

• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize disruption.

• Facilitate effective communication among global teams and executive leadership, providing regular status updates and progress reports.

• Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration in all project activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification; Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with hands-on experience in Agile transformation.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years leading Agile transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a remote or globally distributed environment.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration across multiple time zones.

• Occasional participation in global team meetings may require availability outside standard business hours.
