Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our Product Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and seamless digital experiences across our suite of products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into engaging and accessible designs that delight our users. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to products used by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

• Advocate for the user in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in design.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

• Provide design support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product-focused environment, preferably for SaaS or technology platforms.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Experience in responsive design for web and mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• Demonstrated experience designing complex digital products with measurable impact on user satisfaction and engagement.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects with strong UX problem-solving and visual design skills.

Working Hours

• Fully remote with flexible working hours.

• Must be able to overlap with global team schedules for meetings and collaborative sessions.
