Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and predictive algorithms to address business challenges.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.

• Deploy and maintain scalable ML models in production environments.

• Conduct experiments and perform A/B testing to validate model performance and impact.

• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Continuously research emerging AI and ML techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve existing solutions.

• Document methodologies, processes, and results for internal knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and data manipulation/ETL processes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML models in production.

• Ability to visualize data and present insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.

• Prior experience in remote, cross-functional, or international teams is highly desirable.
