In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and resilient cloud-based and on-premises solutions that power our next-generation smart lighting systems. You will collaborate with software engineers, IoT specialists, and system architects to streamline deployment pipelines, enhance system reliability, and ensure continuous integration and delivery of mission-critical applications.

Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smart lighting applications.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud and edge infrastructure.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT devices and backend systems.
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain high availability and system performance.
Ensure security best practices in deployment processes and infrastructure management.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Participate in architecture discussions, recommending solutions to improve reliability and performance.
Document operational processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the DevOps team.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks.
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Understanding of IoT systems, edge computing, and networked embedded devices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Experience in IoT or smart city projects is highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing large-scale deployments with high availability and reliability.
Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
Flexible schedule options with potential for remote or hybrid work.
Occasional on-call support for critical infrastructure may be required.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
