Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Network Security Focus to join our growing global technology team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our network security posture across multi-cloud platforms, ensuring business continuity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security Operations, IT Architecture, and Software Engineering to build resilient cloud systems that support enterprise-level applications and services.
Design, implement, and manage secure cloud network architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud platforms.
Develop and maintain network security controls including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAF, and Zero Trust frameworks.
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.
Implement network segmentation, access controls, and identity-based security policies.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.
Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
Maintain detailed documentation for network architecture and security procedures.
Stay up to date with emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – at least one required, multiple preferred).
Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, load balancing, and firewalls.
Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Experience with security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001.
Knowledge of container and microservices security (Docker, Kubernetes).
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with SIEM tools and security monitoring solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4–8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity roles.
Proven experience designing and managing secure enterprise cloud environments.
Prior experience in large-scale, multi-cloud or global enterprise environments is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications are a strong plus:
AWS Certified Security – Specialty
Azure Security Engineer Associate
CCNP Security / CISSP / CISM
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
